How the $29/month family plan is charged and how to cancel.

The family plan is $29/month per family. You add a card at checkout and the first charge happens right away; payment is required before workspace access, and there is no free trial.
Your card is charged again each month on the renewal date. Cancel anytime from Plan & billing; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access through the end of the paid period.
No prorated refunds are offered for partial months. Billing errors are corrected, and first-month goodwill refunds are discretionary — ask support within 30 days of your first charge.
Each billing month includes 75 AI drafts. When the allowance is used, AI requests pause until the next billing month — there are no automatic AI overages. Tax is not added at checkout while sales-tax collection remains off.
