Terms of Use

HomeLearnGrow is a parent-controlled homeschool planner and records hub for families with elementary- and middle-school learners. It can help parents organize activities, attendance, parent-approved learning records, private portfolios, exports, planning, and optional AI-generated drafts.

The service is not a school, tutor, curriculum provider, legal advisor, medical provider, accreditation service, records-compliance advisor, or guarantee of any educational outcome. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their learners, verifying records, selecting curriculum, and meeting any requirements that apply to their family.

The service is available in the United States only to parents and guardians who are 18 or older. No child accounts are available. You confirm that you are authorized to add child information to your family workspace and provide accurate account information. Do not share your account, allow a child to use it independently, or attempt to access another family’s workspace.

We may limit, suspend, or revoke access to protect the service, families, or legal rights.

Optional AI help returns an editable suggestion only. It may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not a substitute for parent judgment. A parent must review and explicitly apply a weekly plan or approve a learning record. AI does not automatically schedule work, create official records, mark attendance, or make medical, legal, diagnostic, eligibility, or accreditation decisions.

You must not submit content that you lack the right to use, unlawful content, or unnecessary sensitive information. Do not submit medical, diagnostic, disability, legal, accreditation, payment-card, or credential information.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited right to host, process, secure, and display it only as needed to operate and improve the service, provide requested features, and meet legal obligations. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authority to submit child-related information and uploaded materials.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You must protect your sign-in credentials, tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access, and use the service only for your own authorized family workspace.

The service may change, contain errors, or be unavailable from time to time. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features, including optional AI tools, with appropriate notice where required. We will not intentionally represent service outputs as official compliance documents, transcripts, or educational certifications.

HomeLearnGrow is a monthly subscription. The Family plan is $29 per month, charged at Checkout and again at each monthly renewal. Payment is required before workspace access. There is no promotional trial. You may cancel at any time. The plan includes 75 AI drafts per family each billing month. There are no automatic AI overages; when the monthly AI draft allowance is reached, AI requests pause until the next billing month and manual tools remain available.

• Charge and renewal. A card is required at Checkout. The first $29 monthly charge is due at Checkout when the paid subscription starts. Subscriptions renew monthly on the same card until cancelled.
• Cancellation.You may cancel anytime from Plan & billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues through the end of the paid period. There is no partial-month proration.
• Refunds. No prorated refunds are offered for partial months. Billing errors will be corrected. During your first month, first-month goodwill refund requests are discretionary and reviewed case by case; ask support@homelearngrow.com within 30 days of your first charge.
• Price changes.We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change takes effect on your subscription. Cancelling before the change takes effect avoids the new price.
• Tax. We do not currently add sales tax at Checkout. Sales-tax collection remains off until required registrations and launch review are complete. We may update this treatment with notice where required.
• Failed payments. Stripe may retry failed payments according to the billing settings then in effect. Workspace access may be paused or become read-only if payment is not recovered. No data is deleted solely for non-payment — data is retained under the Privacy Policy and can be exported while the retained workspace is accessible.

Do not interfere with the service; bypass security; scrape, reverse engineer, or probe it; submit malware; impersonate others; use it for unlawful purposes; or use generated outputs to make high-stakes decisions about a child. We may investigate and address misuse.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.

These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law. Venue for any dispute lies in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, or the nearest federal court. The parties will attempt informal resolution before any formal proceeding. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms as the service changes and will give notice when required.
